I had a few projects that I needed done around the house, and Flat Rate Remodeling was able to accommodate me by doing multiple services. They were able to repair my ceiling, clean and seal the shower tile, paint a room for me, remove popcorn ceilings and repaint that room as well.

And as to customer service, those other companies leave a lot to be desired. We felt the opposite with Flat rate. Their quote was not the lowest but very competitive, and they stood out with their great customer service and responsiveness. They did an excellent job in our living room, handled everything including plans and getting permits, and completed the project on time. Their workers were very pleasant and responsible. There was an extra step that was not part of the initial estimate, and they took care of it without additional charges--did not nickel and dime us. Extremely happy with them. Money well spent. Without a doubt, I would recommend them.
We are a Residential Drug and Alcohol Recovery House and I cannot say enough about the amazing work done by the Flat Rate team. They have been respectful, timely with wonderful communication of everything that is happening through remodel/ renovations.
