I had a few projects that I needed done around the house, and Flat Rate Remodeling was able to accommodate me by doing multiple services. They were able to repair my ceiling, clean and seal the shower tile, paint a room for me, remove popcorn ceilings and repaint that room as well.

There was an extra step that was not part of the initial estimate, and they took care of it without additional charges--did not nickel and dime us. Extremely happy with them. Money well spent. They have been respectful, timely with wonderful communication of everything that is happening through remodel/ renovations.
